About the App

PocketMoney Go is a budgeting and savings app designed to help families track goals, spending, saving progress, allowance and pocket money, and purchase impact.

The app may show estimates, projections, warnings, spending guidance, savings guidance, progress messages, and purchase-impact calculations based on information entered by the user.

Family Use

PocketMoney Go is intended for family use and should be used with parent or guardian supervision.

Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the app is suitable for their child and for supervising use of the app.

No Financial Advice

PocketMoney Go is provided for general budgeting, savings tracking, and purchase-impact estimation purposes only.

The app does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or regulated financial advice.

Any figures, projections, warnings, categories, savings estimates, spending estimates, or purchase-impact results shown in the app are estimates only.

You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.

User Information

The accuracy of the app's estimates depends on the information entered into the app.

You are responsible for checking that any budgeting, saving, spending, allowance, pocket money, outgoing, transaction, or goal information entered into the app is accurate and up to date.

Local Data

PocketMoney Go stores core budgeting and planning information locally on your device.

PocketMoney Go does not provide user accounts, cloud sync, or a cloud database for your budgeting data.

If you delete the app, clear app data, or use an in-app reset or clear feature, locally stored data may be removed.

Privacy

Your use of PocketMoney Go is also subject to the PocketMoney Go Privacy Policy.

The app does not show third-party ads, does not use Google AdMob, does not use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics, and does not include third-party tracking for advertising, cross-app profiling, or behavioural advertising.

Payments and Paid Features

PocketMoney Go may be offered as a free app, a paid app, or an app with paid features or subscriptions.

If the app includes a purchase, paid feature, or subscription, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, and any other payment details will be shown before purchase through the relevant app store or payment provider.

Any purchase, subscription, refund, cancellation, tax, or billing issue is handled by the app store or payment provider through which the app was purchased.

Parents and guardians are responsible for managing app purchases, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and device-level purchase permissions for children and teens using PocketMoney Go.

PocketMoney Go will not use paid features, subscriptions, or purchase prompts in a way that is misleading, deceptive, or designed to encourage accidental purchases by children or teens.

Internet Connection and External Links

Some app features may use an internet connection, such as checking whether a newer app version is available or opening the app's store listing.

These features do not send your budgeting, savings, spending, transaction, goal, or avatar information to us.

You are responsible for any mobile data charges, roaming charges, or other fees charged by your network provider.

Where the app opens an external website, app store page, or third-party service, that external service may have its own terms and privacy policy.

App Licence

PocketMoney Go is licensed to you, not sold.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use PocketMoney Go on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app except where permitted by law.

App Availability and Updates

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of PocketMoney Go from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in PocketMoney Go, including its design, content, branding, artwork, characters, graphics, and software, remain the property of the app owner or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PocketMoney Go in a way that breaks the law, interferes with the app's normal operation, attempts to access systems or data without permission, infringes the rights of others, or misuses the app.

No Warranty

PocketMoney Go is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees about the app, including that it will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, be error-free, or produce accurate results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, savings, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use PocketMoney Go.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
